Warranty Service Call Request
This service is strictly for customers and clients of Harvey Norman Commercial(HNC) Division NSW/ACT.
This form is designed to give our Customer Service Team enough information to quickly locate the HNC tax invoice and lodge a Warranty Service Request with our supply partner’s service teams on your behalf.
Important Notes:
PHOTOS Required as JPEG or pdf for:
- 1. All Electrical Goods – photo of Model / Serial Number sticker (excluding Cook Tops)
- 2. For Furniture, taps, mixers, basins, spas, vanities
- a. One photo of the product so we can identify it
- b. One photo of the fault
VIDEOS:
- 1. Please make sure videos are no longer than 10 seconds (approx. 2MB) so they can easily be emailed
- 2. Please include up to 3 only 10 second videos on an email
This form is for up to 2 products only.
Important Information:
You will receive an emailed receipt within 5 minutes of submitting the service request form.
The email will contain a TRACKABLE receipt number and a SUMMARY of your service request.
